Business Model Enriched With User Experience, as a Systemic Tool in Service Design

Service design and business model are considered in the literature as separate approaches to value creation for customer. User experience, a concept that represents holistic emotional meaningful result of interaction with information technologies, is nowadays an important ingredient customer value. This paper aims theoretically set ground using systemic tool service will support user experience. Against this background, we ask: Can successfully represent system required proposition-based exchange? We investigate question based on service-dominant logic accompanying science, semantically compare elements system, ecosystem, ten science basic concepts. The analysis shows canvas, chosen representation, satisfies perspective can erve platform integrating design.
